JUSTE DEBOUT Rule

1. Registration terms

(1) You have to go on JUSTE DEBOUT website (www.juste-debout.com).
(2) Click on « Entry » on the top page.
(3) Click on the flag of the country/town of your preselection.
(4) After you have checked information concerning preselection, only one member of the duo will fulfill the form entitled « Registration form ».
(5) Once the registration is over, the member of the duo who has fulfilled the form as well as his/her partner will receive an email from JUSTE DEBOUT.
(6) The link of the page to register will appear on the email received by the member of the duo who didn't fulfill the form. This member will have to register by clicking the link and fulfilling the form.
(7) Once the registration of the 2 members of the duo (the person who registered the team as well as his/her partner) is completed, their participation to preselections is registered. To participate to preselections, each member of the duo must imperatively be registered.
(8) The 2 members of the duo will receive then an email confirming their registration.
(9) Members of the duo are invited to participate to preselection after receipt and verification of this email.

2. General conditions for participation

Preselections for the International Meeting of Hip Hop Dance ・JUSTE DEBOUT are for all dancers, whatever their nationalities, their dance level, without any distinction. The dancers will have to register in duo-except for the Experimental and the Top rock categories that are executed in solo. All dancers have the possibility to register in the town of his choice, in four different categories: Hip Hop (New style), House, Popping and Locking. Each dancer can also register in solo in Experimental and Top Rock. Each dancer has the possibility to register in several styles. However a dancer will be able to participate only once per style of dance. Therefore it is forbidden to take part to different preselections for the same style.

3. Registration fees

Each dancer will have to pay -or not- an amount to participate to a preselection, depending on the preselection chosen. The amount dancers will have to pay to register is mentioned on the website of Juste Debout, on the registration page of the town chosen. 4. Deadline to register

The registration will be close as soon as the maximum number (variable according to towns) of dancers in each style is reached.

5. Jury

A jury, composed of four persons, will be present for each preselection. The four judges have a total of five votes including 2 awarded by the specialist judge in the category.

6. Development of preselections

Each dancer will have between 30 seconds and 1 minute per run, depending on the town chosen, to present his artistic qualities to judges. Following this first run, only eight duos will be selected in each style to participate to the final part. This final phase is organised in quarter, semi and final. Each dancer has two runs, 1 minute each, that can include choreographies/combinations.

7. Prize

price winner dancers of each preselection will participate to the International Meeting of Hip Hop Dance ・JUSTE DEBOUT at the Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy. Transportation for the winners, from the preselection town won to Paris, will be covered. Transfer of Rights of Images to « Juste Debout event »

By register to participate to a preselection of Juste Debout ・International Meeting of Hip Hop Dance , you undersigned yeld your rights of images to the association « Juste Debout » under your participation to a preselection and eventualy to the finale in the « International Meeting of Hip Hop Dance » , on the day of your participation to a preselection. It is understood that you agree to be photographed and to take part in shots of the DVDs. You declare formally and irrevocably to agree so that the association "Juste Debout", its partners and its assignee which produce, distribute and exploit these DVDs under this title or another, all the rights whatever they are, concerning your photography and your image preserve, and so that the association "Juste Debout", its partners and its assignee can fix, reproduce, communicate and use these photographs or images with their liking, modify them, for films and their presentation on all supports including linear or interactive, in the auditoriums, by broadcasting, remote transmission, in videogrammes, disc, DVD, or integrated to any other material (photography, drawing, illustration, painting, video, animations, etc.) on all the networks in particular telematics and data processing, for any domains (publicity, edtion, press, etc.) and by all modes and processes known or unknown to date, accompanied or not by the sound recorded or postsynchronized, of a comment or a dialogue (this indicative and nonrestrictive list being), for one period unlimited in time, the whole world, in any language . The use of your image, for any other support than the DVD of the International Meeting of Hip Hop Dance in Bercy, and/or for any dancer not selected to participate to the meeting shall not be paid.
