Browsing and security
The infrastructure processes IP addresses, browser information, dates and requests to display the website and prevent abuse. For JD EVENTS, availability and security serve its legitimate interest in protecting the service. Exact log retention must be clarified with the host.
Email enquiries
Contacting the team is optional. Your address, identity if provided and message are used to handle your request. Depending on its purpose, the legal basis is taking steps towards a contract at your request or the legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Correspondence is retained while handling the request and necessary follow-up; limited archiving may be needed for legal obligations or legal claims. Email is hosted by OVH. Retention rules by purpose are detailed below.
Retention periods
Routine enquiries are retained while they are handled and for necessary follow-up, then deleted or reviewed so that only records with a justified archiving need remain. No single period applies to the entire mailbox.
When commercial prospecting follow-up is undertaken, necessary prospect data are retained for no more than 3 years from collection or the last contact initiated by that person. Customer data used for prospecting may be kept during the commercial relationship and for 3 years after it ends. This period is not permission to send marketing; consent and objection rules still apply.
Records required for a contract, an accounting obligation or legal claims are archived separately with restricted access for the period applicable to their nature. They are not kept in a prospecting database solely for that reason.
For security logs, CNIL generally recommends 6 to 12 months, with justified exceptions. This guidance is not a verified host setting: actual retention still needs confirmation. The local language preference retains its separate 180-day lifetime.
Language preference
Explicitly choosing a language saves only its code and date in your browser: jd_lang and jd_lang_saved_at. The maximum lifetime is 180 days from your choice; a page visit does not renew it. Expired preferences are removed on the next read. Old preferences without a date are deleted. This storage is not sent to JD EVENTS. Pages and the language selector work without a saved preference.
Security cookies
Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie was observed during the HTTP check on October 19, 2026. It protects against malicious automated traffic; Cloudflare states that it expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. This website’s code adds no advertising or audience analytics tool. This HTTP observation is not a complete browser cookie audit.
Recipients and providers
JD EVENTS determines the website’s purposes and handles enquiries through authorised staff. For hosted data covered by the ChatGPT Sites DPA, OpenAI acts as a data processor; the contracting entity for a user located in the EEA is OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Cloudflare provides technical infrastructure and OVH hosts email. The settings and specific terms of the subscribed OVH service remain to be checked. No account or payment is embedded in this website.
International processing
Hosting uses international infrastructure; no exclusively French or European hosting is claimed. For covered transfers outside the EEA or Switzerland, the dedicated ChatGPT Sites DPA provides for standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision. It covers published-site data, not site-creation conversations. Exact technical log retention remains to be confirmed with the provider. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object or request portability where the relevant conditions apply. Contact JD EVENTS below with details of your request. The response period is normally one month, with extensions possible under the GDPR. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.

YouTube, Instagram and ticket links open external services at your initiative. No YouTube player loads automatically. Site videos and fonts are served with its files. Purchases, accounts and tickets are handled by the ticketing app and its own privacy information. Use browser settings to delete security cookies; they may be set again on your next visit.
